I received your parcel today with the Mexican fire opal and rainbow obsidian cab. Both very nice, and surpassed my expectations. I am especially fascinated by the inclusions in the fire opal. As a gemologist/collector rather than an jewelry maker, inclusions add value to me.

AUSTRALIAN BOULDER OPAL

The boulder opal arrived today. It is more gorgeous in person. I couldn't wait to work with it. I put it in a wire wrapped setting and onto a blue topaz chip necklace which pops the blue color in the cab (see attached file). I am very pleased with it.

I'm so glad it finally came - I love the stone !!! The postmark on the envelope is Feb 4th - it took ages to get here - ah well - all's well that ends well.
